I love finding new talent that not many people have been exposed to yet. Well, I didn't just find him I've actually been a fan of his for about 2 and a half years now and I must say he just keeps getting better and better. Over the past few years I've seen him grow musically and I'm just as impressed with his talent now as I was when I first heard his amazing voice. I've wrote a few new artists blogs on my past blogs but I have yet to cover that talent that is William Michael Morgan.
William Michael Morgan is a rising country artist who is no stranger to the music industry. He's been playing shows now for a few years and has opened shows for many well acclaimed artists. He has gathered quite a following through social networking sites such as myspace, facebook and twitter. He has posted many original songs over the past few years but has also posted a few covers as well, some covers you wouldn't expect from a 17 year old. After hearing his voice many listeners have stated that he has what it takes to be the next George Strait and I must say I would agree with that 100%. His voice is quite similar to Straits.
Now that we are done with the more professional side of the blog speaking on his accomplishments and such, I'm going to rant on my own personal opinion. As I stated above I am one of the lucky ones who have seen his career evolve, the fans continue to pour in bringing him all the support that he deserves. At first listen you would think that it was someone much older than what Michael actually is. Everyone I have had listen to him has been shocked when I tell them how old he is saying that he sounds very mature for his age. I think he is so talented and from talking to him online I think he is such a sweetheart. For those who have not heard any of his music you are missing out, if you like Country Music you have to go listen to him. I can promise you that you will not be disappointed he is so talented and takes the time to talk to his fans. Hopefully he will be making his way up north to Ohio so I can finally see him live and meet him, or I may just have to make my way down South sometime.
